I can’t Assign a number to a Connection

Voice

You can only assign a NEW number or a PORTING request to a Service that is configured correctly.

Depending on the Service type, you need to ensure that the configuration and setup is completed before you can assign or port a number to that Service.

SIP End Point

Please ensure that you have assigned a password and the Enable SIP Account toggle is turned on (Services > Voice > Config > Connections > Sip End Point)

SIP Trunk

There needs to be at least 1 IP in the SIP Incoming Trunk table (Services > Voice > Config > Connections > Sip Incoming Trunk)

Microsoft Teams

Under the Teams Connection, the Status must appear as Active (Services > Voice > Config > Connections)

Hosted Voice

Please ensure that under the Hosted Voice settings, the SIP Domain has been added. If the SIP Domain field is empty, the account is not yet fully activated. (Services > Voice > Config > Hosted Voice)
