Ordering a Number

Voice
The Atomic platform has it's own number inventory of numbers. This is to facilitate and expedite the ordering process for new numbers. If a number is ordered from the Atomic number inventory, the number is assigned to the account and ready to use straight away.
If you are unable to find a suitable number or we do not have any available in inventory, you can of course place a new order. Domestic numbers are normally provisioned within 3 business days - if not sooner. International numbers can take anywhere between 3-30 business days.

Review the Order Summary

After you submit the number request and close the success message, an Order Summary appears at the top of the page.
Knowledge base image
The summary shows the total number of requested numbers and the result for each one:
  • Activated: The number was activated successfully.
  • Failed: The number could not be activated. If a support reference is shown, provide it when contacting support.
  • Not attempted: An earlier number could not be completed, so one or more remaining numbers were not attempted.
The first five results are shown by default. Select View all numbers to expand the list or Show fewer numbers to collapse it again.
Select View Numbers to open your number list after reviewing the results.
⚠️
Important: Do not refresh the confirmation page or resubmit failed or not-attempted numbers. Record any support reference shown and contact Atom Telecom Support for assistance. The order summary is only available on the confirmation page and will no longer be shown after you leave it.
