By default, a newly activated mobile service will ring for 15 seconds before diverting a call to voicemail. This can be changed using increments of five seconds (up to 30 seconds). To extend the ring time, the following sequence should be dialled by your customer from their handset:
“**61*101**{number of seconds}#”
Example: If you want to change the ringing time to 25 seconds - “**61*101**25#”
