An unsuccessful check does not always mean the SIM has expired. Atomic must also be able to confirm its availability and expiry details before you can use it for activation.

When you submit the service

Atomic checks the physical SIM again when you submit the completed form. If the SIM has expired, is no longer available or cannot be verified, the activation request will not proceed. Follow the displayed message before trying again.
Note: These checks apply to physical SIMs when creating a new service or transferring a number. They do not change the eSIM activation process or the SIM swap process for an existing service.

After creation

The mobile service appears in Services → Mobile with the assigned number and plan. For Data Pool services, check Services → Data Pool to monitor shared usage.
