eSIM to eSIM

When you have a new mobile device, you will notice that with an eSIM, you are not able to just pull out your SIM card and reinsert it to your new device - as there is no physical SIM cards attached.

To move your eSIM from one device to another, you will need to access the Atomic portal and under Services locate the service that you want to perform the move. Click on Manage and go to SIM Management. Under the SIM Replacement section, select New eSIM.

Once the new eSIM is ready, the user will receive an email notification of the new eSIM with the QR code that they will need to scan. Simultaneously, they will also loose connectivity to the old SIM.

Physical SIM to eSIM

If a device is capable of supporting eSIM, you can convert their physical SIM cards to an eSIM. To do this, you will need to login to the Atomic portal and under Services locate the service that you want to perform the move. Click on Manage and go to SIM Management. Under the SIM Replacement section, select New eSIM.

Once the new eSIM is ready, the user will receive an email notification of the new eSIM with the QR code that they will need to scan. Simultaneously, they will also loose connectivity to the old Physical SIM card.
