Scam Tracing Instructions
SCAM Tracing is an Atom solution that tracks confirmed or suspected SCAM and spoofed
CLIs received from ACMA, ACCC, or carriers.
The table below provides guidelines on your actions and response based on the findings
prescribed in the INDUSTRY CODE C661:2022.

Response Instructions
If you have received an email from Atom either with an attached spreadsheet or inline on the email sent, with a list of alleged scam CLI's, please update the spreadsheet file or inline to the email, by providing the below key information:

- action taken
- comments
Once completed, return the attached file to Atom via a reply email.
