White-label onboarding guide title

The onboarding guide is the walkthrough shown from the customer dashboard. Its welcome title can follow the linked white-label brand name.
Default Atomic title:
Welcome to the Atomic Platform
White-label example:
If the linked brand name is Acme Voice, users will see:
Welcome to the Acme Voice Platform
Onboarding welcome screen showing default title replaced with the customer's branded platform name

The portal uses the linked Super Customer name for this title. If the name includes the word Super, that word is removed before the title is displayed.
Example Super Customer name:
Acme Voice Super
Displayed onboarding title:

If no linked Super Customer name is available, the onboarding guide will continue to show:

What users will see

  • When the Knowledge Base button is enabled, users can access the Help Center from the dashboard.
  • When the Knowledge Base button is disabled, users will only see the other available dashboard help actions, such as Get Help, depending on the portal settings.
  • The onboarding guide flow stays the same. Only the welcome title is updated to reflect the white-label platform name.
