The Corporate Color Code you choose doesn't just appear on the login page—it carries through the entire system portal once users log in. This ensures a consistent brand presence, making every interaction feel like a natural extension of your company’s identity.
From navigation menus to interface highlights, your selected color will be reflected throughout the user experience.

How to access Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Atomic portal, then go to Account Settings > Portal Settings.
  1. Company Logo Put your brand front and center by adding your logo. Recommended size: 150x50px (PNG/SVG for transparency).
  2. Tab Title Make your mark with a custom browser tab title. Keep it short for better visibility.
  3. Preferred URL Keep it simple and on-brand with a personalized link.
  4. Favicon Icon That tiny icon in the browser tab? Swap it out with yours! Recommended size: 16x16px (ICO/PNG for better compatibility).
  5. Landing Page Image Give users a visual welcome with a custom image. Recommended size: 1200x1064px (JPG/PNG for best display).
  6. Login Page Greeting Add a warm welcome to greet users as they log in.
  7. Corporate Color Code Match the portal’s colors and vibe to your brand.Note: Use HEX values for consistency.

Knowledge Base Button

The Knowledge Base button appears on the customer dashboard, next to the Get Help button. When it is enabled, users can open the Atom Telecom Help Center directly from the dashboard.

Show or hide the Knowledge Base button

You can manage this setting from Portal Settings.
Step 1: Sign in to the Atomic portal.
Step 2: Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Go to Account Settings > Portal Settings.

Step 4: Find Show Knowledge Base Button.

Step 5: Turn the switch on to show the button, or turn it off to hide it from the customer dashboard.
Step 6: Save your changes.
This setting is part of the white-label portal settings. If it is turned off, the Knowledge Base button will not appear on the customer dashboard.

White-label onboarding Guide Title

The onboarding guide is the walkthrough shown from the customer dashboard. Its welcome title can follow the linked white-label brand name.
Default Atomic title:
Welcome to the Atomic Platform
White-label example:
If the linked brand name is Acme Voice, users will see:
Welcome to the Acme Voice Platform
Welcome screen title before and after white-label branding replaces "Atomic Platform"

The title uses the linked white-label brand name. If the brand name includes the word Super, that word is removed before the title is shown.

What users will see

  • When the Knowledge Base button is enabled, users can access the Help Center from the dashboard.
  • When the Knowledge Base button is disabled, users will only see the other available dashboard help actions, such as Get Help, depending on the portal settings.
  • The onboarding guide flow stays the same. Only the welcome title is updated to reflect the white-label platform name.
