Call Queue Login Popup

Hosted Voice
When an extension signs in through the third-party Hosted PBX microsite login flow, the portal can show a call queue login popup before opening the microsite.
The popup lets the user confirm which assigned call queues they should be logged into for that session.

When the popup appears

The popup appears only when:
  • Call queue auto login is enabled for the Hosted Voice account.
  • The extension is assigned to one or more call queues.
If the extension is not assigned to any call queues, the microsite opens without the popup.

Configure the login behavior

Step 1: Sign in to the Hosted PBX portal.
Step 2: Go to Hosted Voice > Call Queue > Settings.

If saving the queue selection fails

If the portal cannot save the queue login selection, an Unable to save queue message appears. The user can confirm the message and continue to the microsite.
Queue login changes are applied before the user is redirected into the microsite session.
