View hunt group recordings
You need access to the relevant hunt group and its recording page. Only recordings that were made and are still available can be played.
Step 1: Open Hunt Group and find the required group.
Step 2: Select Manage then Call Recording.
You can also open Call Recording from the group's three-dot menu.
Step 3: The Call Recording page opens in a new tab with the group already selected under Users.
Step 4: Use Caller, Connect Start and Connect End to narrow the results then select Filter Search.
Step 5: Select the play icon beside an available recording.
If no recordings appear, check the caller and date range. A recording may belong to the extension that handled the call rather than the hunt group. Search that extension under Users if your access allows it.
