Understanding User License
There are several user license type that is available:
Basic
- Able to only make and receive calls. Voicemail is also available
- Not able to join call handling groups (ie. Hunt Group, Auto Attendant, etc)
- No access to Address Book
- No access to the WebRTC apps like the web app and mobile app (usage on VoIP phones and SIP Clients like Bria, Linphone, etc. is possible)
Standard
- All features are available except for Call Queue - unable to join a call queue
Plus
- Full feature set - including Call Queue, no limitations
Mailbox
- Purely for voicemail
- can receive fax messages, but not send
- no registrations allowed
- no outbound calls are possible
