SIP Client Registration
The service is compatible with all SIP devices and handsets that supports the SIP Protocol. As there are many different make and model available out there, you should be able to connect to the service with the below information. You can have a look at our Device Configuration page for specific devices.
SIP Domain
To get the SIP Domain, click on your avatar on the top right of the window.
It will looks something like this - xxx.voice.atomcomm.com.
Use that domain name as the SIP Domain for registering your SIP device.
Port
Use port 5060
Username
Your username is the extension number that has been assigned to the specific user
Password
Your password is the extension password that has been assigned to the specific user. If you have forgotten the password, you can always reset is by entering a new password and saving the page. If the password has been changed, you will need to update the password on all other devices that has been associated to the account.
