  1. This is the SIP Domain. This information is displayed on the Services page of the Customer Portal. This is also shown in the welcome email sent to the user under SIP Domain. Please ensure that you enter https:// before the the SIP Domain.

  2. Enter the extension number as is. If your extension is 1234, just enter 1234
  3. Enter your extension password
