Past Campaigns

Past Campaign lists campaigns whose start time has passed, with how many messages were delivered. Go to Campaign > Past Campaign.

What the list shows

  • Name, Created By, Start and Address Book for each campaign.
  • Status: Due to send, Sending, Sent, Partial or Cancelled.
  • Recipients: how many people the campaign was sent to.
  • Delivered / Pending / Failed: how many messages were delivered, are still waiting for a delivery report, or failed.
  • Rate: the share of messages delivered.
  • View shows each message in the campaign with when it was delivered.

Due to send

A campaign shows Due to send when its start time has passed but it hasn't been sent yet. It sends as soon as the sender picks it up. Hover over the badge to see this explained. It can no longer be cancelled.
